At Big Aura Co., all products are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

Please review the details below before purchasing.


Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Incorrect size selection

- Buyer’s remorse

- Disliking the design

- Ordering the wrong item

- Minor color variation due to screen differences

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We strongly encourage customers to review the size chart carefully before placing an order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

- Damaged

- Defective

- Misprinted

- Incorrect (wrong item, size, or color sent)

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email:

support@bigauraco.com

Include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the item

- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

If approved, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

- The item is confirmed defective

- A replacement cannot be provided

We do not issue refunds for sizing mistakes or preference-based reasons.


Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Since items are printed on demand, processing begins quickly after purchase.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order.


Sizing Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
